HAVEP collects your personal data for various purposes, as described in further detail below. Your personal data will only be processed for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or until you withdraw your consent to the processing thereof. 

This concerns data that you have supplied to us as well as data collected by us automatically, such as data regarding your visit to our website.

HAVEP respects the privacy of visitors to this site, and we ensure that the information you provide to us is handled confidentially. Privacy is very important to us. We will implement suitable technical and organisational measures to keep your personal data secure. 

You can visit our website without providing information about yourself. However, there are situations where we ask for information from you, e.g. to enable us to correspond with you or to process your request or submission. Such data may include your name and address, contact details and email addresses, etc. 

You also have the option on the site to request information. This will give you access to services that are available only if you enter your data. Such data will be used to personalise our correspondence and to tailor our offering to your wishes better.

situations where HAVEP is legally obliged to do so and in situations where this is necessary in order to protect the rights of the user of HAVEP’s services or to protect HAVEP’s rights.

In principle, HAVEP will obtain the aforementioned personal data from you directly. However, if you choose to register via a social media account (such as Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn), these data will be collected via your social media profile. HAVEP recommends that you consult the privacy policy of your social media service provider in order to verify which data are processed by your social media service provider when you use the social media login feature. HAVEP will not send any of the personal data that you provide via the website to providers of social media unless you consent to this. 

Our physical agencies also have security cameras. You are notified of this when you enter the agency, and the cameras are clearly visible. HAVEP uses the camera images for the safety of customers and staff and for the security of the buildings.
